Not just for first-time parents, this one hour consultation (ideally around 36-37 weeks gestation) offers the opportunity for us to connect before your baby arrives.

If you've had a challenging breastfeeding journey in the past and are feeling anxious or apprehensive, this catch-up allows us to discuss your experience and create a personalized plan for moving forward with positivity.

During our in-home consultation, we can delve into your specific needs, whether it's discussing what you need for breastfeeding, addressing any concerns or expectations about the early days and weeks with your baby and breasts, or even providing a hands-on lesson in hand expressing colostrum.

Antenatal breastfeeding consultations can be tailored to your preferences, whether it's a one-on-one session where your partner or support persons are welcome, or even arranging a small group session with other expectant parents. Ensuring you have all the necessary resources and support for a successful and fulfilling breastfeeding experience.

Our aim is to empower you with knowledge and practical advice tailored to your situation. We'll also discuss your long-term breastfeeding goals and help you make informed decisions.

Throughout the session, feel free to ask questions and share your experiences openly. Together, we'll overcome obstacles and support your successful breastfeeding journey.
